SPARK EM ESWL
ELECTROMAGNETIC LITHOTRIPSY SYSTEM

Comfortable Stone Crushing Experience!

  • SPARK EM ESWL uses an electromagnetic operating principle supported by an optical lens. Its high accuracy and low wave dispersion values allow for minimal pain and no other complications when applied to internal tissues.
  • The SPARK EM shock therapy head has an ergonomic design that conforms to the patient's body. The improved water cushion design ensures maximum contact with the patient's body and ensures treatment efficiency.
  • SPARK EM ESWL, with its special technology, reduces the gas ratio of the liquid used to the lowest level (1-1.5 mg/L) and ensures the highest possible quality and most painless transmission of shock waves in terms of patient comfort.

Superior Focusing System Precise Stone Detection with X-Ray Fluoroscopy and Ultrasonic Localization

Superior System Efficiency
Precise and Controlled
Improved Performance

Perfect Stone Disintegration

  • The SPARK EM ESWL electromagnetic shock wave system delivers maximum energy to a deep focus with optimal impact ratio, enabling excellent stone fragmentation. This effective feature provides low energy density for non-invasive treatment.

C Arm Features

  • The arm carrying the tube and intensifier can rotate in a vertical direction, controlled by a motor from the console.
  • The C-arm's cranio-caudal rotation angle is 60 degrees in total. This angle and the C-arm's movements can be controlled by a motor from the console.

The C-arm provides advantages in focusing and imaging with its bi-directional movement capability of 30 degrees right and 30 degrees left.

Spark EM ESWL Systems feature a compact and optionally detachable structure, including a stone crushing unit, patient treatment table, and C-arm scope system. A custom armless model is available for use with a standalone C-arm scope.

  • One of the distinguishing features of the Spark EM ESWL system is its high penetration depth. It makes a significant contribution to the treatment of patients with high body mass indexes.

Ultrasound Focusing and Imaging Technology

  • The external ultrasound localization system allows the ultrasound probe to have a longer lifespan than linear localization systems.
  • An optional ultrasound focusing system detects all types of stones and provides high-resolution, live-stream images.
  • Spark ESWL Systems, with combined and separate X-ray and ultrasound imaging options, offer the user the most comprehensive stone imaging experience.
  • X-ray fluoroscopy allows for rapid patient positioning at the beginning of the procedure, while the ultrasound imaging system allows for monitoring the stone's movement and fragmentation. Furthermore, in pediatric patients and in the treatment of non-opaque stones, it enables stone detection and fragmentation using only ultrasound, without the use of X-rays.

Superior Image Processing Solution: Database System

  • Patient information, medical history, stone details, dissection parameters, laboratory results, X-ray dosage, and statistical data can be imported into software programs. The software not only archives data but also stores patient images in DICOM format. These records can be burned to CD/DVD, and the images can be formatted for organized review on a PC.

Superior Control in Stone Crushing with Hand Control

  • The Spark EM ESWL system allows for easy operation using the handheld remote control and touchscreen. The focal point can be controlled from any location during the stone crushing procedure.
  • The Spark system is designed to minimize focal point deviation. The Fluoroscopy System can be used in combination with an ESWL unit and is manufactured to high-resolution imaging standards.
  • Advantages
  • Ergonomic, lightweight and unique design
  • Ability to control from remote points

Patient Table That Increases Patient Comfort

  • Its multifunctional design allows the patient table to be used as an operating table. It features a low height that allows the patient to comfortably lie down without any assistance.

Easy Carrying Feature

  • Spark EM's large wheels make it easy to move and transport. It can be moved from room to room without the need for a lift or similar transport vehicles.

“Spark EM ESWL Electromagnetic Lithotripsy System makes a difference with its ergonomic and aesthetic structure.”

C ARMLESS SYSTEM

  • A C-armless version is also available for users who prefer to use the device with a standalone or external C-arm imaging system.
  • Penetration Depth Characteristics

  • The Spark EM ESWL system stands out with its high penetration depth. This feature helps achieve more effective results when addressing the treatment needs of patients with high body mass indexes.

The standard focusing option offers a penetration depth of 140 mm, targeting typical stone formations, while the optional focusing option provides a deeper focusing depth of 170 mm, allowing for more complex or deep stones to be broken effectively.
