The primary mission of İnceler Medikal since its inception has been to serve the healthcare sector with reliable and high-quality products and to become the best in its field by maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
With its professional team and experience in the sector, our company introduced its first product, Lithobox (Pneumatic Lithotripter), to the market in 2012. The system works on the principle of transferring the force generated by the electro-pneumatic ballistic energy, applied by the projectile striking the probe through compressed air, to break the kidney stone.
Lithobox quickly became one of the most preferred lithotripters with its aesthetic design and high performance.
Studies conducted on the ESWL System, which entered the medical literature in 1980, have shown that shockwaves are a highly effective non-invasive treatment option for the treatment of patellar syndrome.
In 2013, İnceler Medikal began R&D studies for the Modus Radial ESWT shockwave therapy device, designed for use in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders in fields such as physiotherapy, orthopedics, and sports medicine. İnceler Medikal completed the R&D work on the Modus Radial ESWT device in 2015 and launched it to the market.

Following the Modus Radial ESWT, İnceler Medikal completed the development of the Modus Focused ESWT and launched it to the market. The Modus Focused ESWT operates on an Electrohydraulic principle.
It is a non-invasive treatment method that promotes the regeneration of muscle, nerve, joint, bone, tissue, and cells. The Modus Focus ESWT is designed to directly transmit targeted shockwaves to the anatomically determined point. This greatly enhances the impact of the shockwaves on the tissue.
This is an invasive kidney stone-breaking system that allows for the use of ultrasonic, pneumatic, or both principles simultaneously. Lithobox Zero also performs aspiration, removing the broken stones from the kidney and urinary system. It has been designed with the aim of facilitating urologists' work, especially in PCNL operations. The process of both breaking and aspirating stones from the body in heavy stone cases significantly extends the operation time. Lithobox Zero allows for the stones to be broken and aspirated in a very short time.

İnceler Medikal has achieved a first by combining both technologies in a single device.
The Modus Combined ESWT device, completed in 2023, can provide two different shock pulses from the same unit and console simultaneously. This system allows for the simultaneous treatment of two different patients or more effective treatment of two different areas depending on the tissue damage, using the Modus Radial ESWT system for more superficial treatments and the Modus Focused ESWT system with a focused operating principle. The user can adjust the treatment and shock pulse parameters according to the demand, or progress through preset treatment parameters.
This combined system has also led the way in the clinical study of many diseases.
