
He graduated from Aksaray Science High School in 2006 and from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 2013. Between 2013 and 2014, she worked at the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation at Atatürk University. From 2015 to 2018, she completed her residency training under Prof. Dr. Duygu Geler Külcü at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. Between 2018 and 2019, she fulfilled her compulsory service as a specialist physician at Kars Harakani State Hospital, Department of Physical Therapy.
During 2019–2020, she served as a faculty member at Biruni University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. In 2020, she was appointed to Çam and Sakura City Hospital, where she continues to work as an associate professor.
Dr. Bağcıer is a member of the Turkish Society for Rheumatology Research and War (TRASD) and the Turkish Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She holds Ministry of Health–approved certifications in prolotherapy and mesotherapy. Within the Turkish Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, she is an active member of the “COVID-19 Working Group,” “Soft Tissue Disorders and Myofascial Pain Working Group,” “Kinesio Taping Working Group,” and “Dysphagia Working Group.”
